Specialists in how your sector actually earns

The treaty is the same for everyone. Where it bites depends on whether you sell software, royalties, hours or inventory, and on which side of the Atlantic the customer sits.

What changes by sector is not the law. It is which part of it you run into first, and how expensive that part is when it is filed late or not at all.

Questions we are asked most

Because the awkward parts differ. A software company argues about where intellectual property sits and whether R&D qualifies twice; a creator argues about where a platform payment was earned. The treaty is the same, the pressure points are not.

Most do not, exactly. The categories describe where we have seen the same problems repeatedly, not a restriction on who we take on. If your revenue crosses the Atlantic, the underlying work is the same.

Yes. A first US customer or a first US investor usually brings new filings with it, such as Form 5471 or US state registrations. It is cheaper to have those prepared from the first year than to catch up on missed ones later.
